LGPD — Your Rights as a Data Subject

1. What is the LGPD

The General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018) is the Brazilian legislation that regulates the processing of personal data. RoboCoach is committed to full compliance with this law.

2. Your rights as a data subject

The LGPD guarantees you the following rights:

• Confirmation of the existence of processing of your data
• Access to the personal data we hold about you
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
• Deletion of data processed with your consent
• Revocation of consent at any time

3. Legal basis for processing

We process your data based on the following legal grounds:

• Consent: when creating your account and providing your LinkedIn profile URL
• Contract execution: for the provision of contracted services (diagnosis, rewriting, outplacement)
• Legitimate interest: for improving our algorithms and services, always respecting your fundamental rights

5. Security incidents

In the event of a security incident that may pose a risk to data subjects, RoboCoach is committed to notifying the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) and affected subjects within the timeframes established by law.

6. International transfer

Some of our service providers (such as Anthropic and Stripe) are based outside Brazil. In these cases, international data transfer is carried out based on contractual clauses that guarantee a level of protection equivalent to that of the LGPD.
