1. Introduction

RoboCoach ("we", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your information when using our professional profile diagnosis and optimization platform.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following types of data:

• Registration data: name, email and password (encrypted)
• LinkedIn profile data: publicly available information from your profile, obtained from the URL you provide
• Payment data: processed directly by Stripe — we do not store credit card data
• Usage data: pages visited, features used and diagnoses performed

3. How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Generating the diagnosis and score of your LinkedIn profile
• Producing the optimized rewrite of your profile
• Identifying compatible job opportunities (outplacement module)
• Improving the quality of our services and evaluation algorithms

4. Data sharing

Your data may be shared with the following service providers, exclusively for platform operation:

• Stripe: payment processing
• Processing service for diagnosis and rewriting
• Supabase: secure data storage

5. Data security

We use encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest to protect your data. Data access is restricted to automated systems necessary for service operation. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

Under applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access your stored personal data
• Correct incomplete or outdated data
• Request deletion of your data
• Revoke consent at any time
• Request data portability

7. Data retention

Your data is kept while your account is active. When you cancel your account, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except when retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations. Your case data in Defesa Financeira follows its own rule: see section 9.

9. Defesa Financeira — your case data

The account of events you write in Defesa Financeira (what happened, amounts, dates, the bank's replies, whether there was a threat) is sensitive personal data. It stays only in your browser: nothing you type is sent to our servers, and the classification and the complaint text are built on your own device. That account serves one purpose only — classifying your case and writing the text you will review and send — and is not used for anything else, sold or shared.

The draft is erased when you close the tab or 24 hours after the last change. The "Erase my data" button, present on every screen, erases it right away. Since we do not keep your case, the right to erasure is exercised by you, through that button — there is nothing for us to delete.

If you choose to get the ready complaint, the charge is handled by a payment company (Stripe), which receives your e-mail and card details, never your account of events; we keep only the order record (payment session identifier, e-mail, amount and status). If the page fails, we receive only the technical alert through our error monitoring (Sentry), without the form content: the case area is hidden from that record and erased before anything is sent. Provisional text, subject to final approval.

If you change your mind within 7 days of payment, the amount is returned on request, by e-mail to contato@robocoach.com.br, quoting the payment code shown in the confirmation e-mail (Consumer Defense Code, art. 49).
