1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the RoboCoach platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the terms, do not use our services.

2. Service description

RoboCoach is a platform that offers:

• Automated LinkedIn profile diagnosis with a score from 0 to 100
• optimized rewriting of profile sections
• Outplacement module with compatible job monitoring

3. Registration and account

To use the services, you must create an account with truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities performed on your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform only for legitimate professional optimization purposes. It is prohibited to use the service to collect third-party data without authorization, engage in fraudulent activities or violate intellectual property rights.

5. Plans and payments

RoboCoach offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, maintaining access until the end of the already paid period. There is no prorated refund for mid-cycle cancellations.

6. Intellectual property

All platform content, including texts, design, logos, algorithms and evaluation methodology, is owned by RoboCoach and protected by intellectual property laws. Texts generated by the rewrite feature are for exclusive use by the user who requested them.

7. Limitation of liability

RoboCoach provides automated diagnoses and suggestions. We do not guarantee specific results in job placement, hiring or professional growth. The diagnosis is a support tool and does not replace individualized professional consulting.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated by email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
