Refer & Earn Program Terms

1. Nature of the Program

The RoboCoach Refer & Earn program is a voluntary bonus initiative that rewards users who refer other professionals to the platform. Bonuses paid through the program do not constitute acquired rights, employment contracts, employment relationships or partnership between the participant and RoboCoach.

2. How It Works

By participating in the program, you receive a personalized referral link. When someone signs up through your link and subscribes to a paid plan, you receive a recurring monthly bonus while the subscription is active. The bonus is distributed across up to 5 referral levels:

• Level 1 (direct referral): highest bonus percentage
• Level 2: bonus on referrals made by your direct referrals
• Levels 3 to 5: decreasing bonuses on indirect referrals
• Bonuses are only generated while ALL chain members maintain active subscriptions
• If any chain member cancels, bonuses are paused until reactivation

3. Collaborative Nature

The program encourages mutual collaboration between referrer and referred for professional improvement. The level 1 referrer can track the LinkedIn profile evolution of their direct referral, with the goal of helping them achieve better results. This transparency strengthens the professional relationship and value generated for both.

4. Conduct and Anti-Fraud

By participating in the program, you agree to:

• Not self-refer (use your own link to create accounts)
• Not create fake accounts or manipulate clicks to inflate metrics
• Not send spam or unsolicited mass messages
• Not use deceptive practices to promote the platform

5. Changes and Sustainability

RoboCoach may adjust bonus percentages, total distribution amount and other program conditions to maintain financial sustainability. Any value changes will be communicated to participants with at least 30 days advance notice by email. Commissions already calculated until the change date will be paid normally.

6. Pause or Termination

The program may be paused or terminated at any time by RoboCoach, with 30 days advance notice by email. In case of termination, all pending bonuses until the termination date will be paid to participants. Termination does not affect referred users' subscriptions.

7. Bonus Payments

Approved bonuses can be withdrawn via PIX when the available balance reaches the minimum amount set by the platform. RoboCoach may request tax information (CPF) for tax compliance. Bonuses exceeding income tax exemption limits will be reported to the participant for declaration.
